1. Who we are and these terms
1.1 www.eproma.io (the "Website") is operated by Eproma Software Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE 495427 and its registered office at Pavlou Valdaseridi Street no. 6, #402, 6018 Larnaca, Cyprus ("Eproma", "we", "us").
1.2 These Website Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website. By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
1.3 These Terms cover the Website only. Use of the Eproma software, including the free trial, is governed by our Subscription Terms, which prevail over these Terms in the event of conflict.
2. Business users
The Website and our services are directed at businesses, real estate agencies and individuals acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. They are not offered to consumers.
3. Information on the Website
3.1 The content of the Website is provided for general information about our products. Product descriptions, features, screenshots and example figures are illustrative and may change as the software develops.
3.2 Prices, plans and features that apply to you are those shown at the time you subscribe and set out in the Subscription Terms.
3.3 Comparisons with other providers are based on publicly available information on the date stated next to the comparison. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate, but other providers may change their offering at any time. If you believe a comparison is inaccurate, please tell us at info@eproma.io and we will review it promptly.
3.4 A demo request, contact form or other enquiry is a non-binding request for information and does not create a contract.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 We or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including its design, source code, text, graphics, screenshots, videos and the Eproma name and logo.
4.2 You may view and print pages of the Website for your own information about our products. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the Website lawfully. In particular, you must not:
- use the Website in breach of any applicable law;
- submit false, misleading or third-party information through our forms;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
- carry out denial-of-service or similar attacks;
- access or collect content from the Website by automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without our consent, other than standard search engine indexing.
6. Third-party names, integrations and links
6.1 References to property portals, MLS systems, AI providers and other third-party services are descriptive only. Third-party names and trade marks belong to their owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement or a partnership unless we say so. Some integrations depend on the third party and may require a separate contract or fees with that provider.
6.2 The Website contains links to third-party websites. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Website available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the Website at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and representations, whether express or implied, about the Website and its content.

8.4 Liability in connection with a subscription is governed exclusively by the Subscription Terms.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Website. The version in force at the time of your visit applies.
10. General
10.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
10.2 These Terms may be published in several languages. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus, in particular the District Court of Larnaca, have exclusive jurisdiction.
